Winter weather continues to chill the housing supply (new listings) as March listing were down 8% from last years numbers and housing demand (closed sales) in Maple Grove was down 13%.
The average sales price for homes sold in Maple Grove however seem to defy basic economic principals with average prices continuing to rise ahead of the true Spring weather. March 2014 average sales price was up more than 5% compared to last years average price.
