Maple Grove Resident - After relocating back to Minnesota in 1997, David his wife Lisa and their two sons (then age 1 & 2) bought their first home in Maple Grove.  Over the next 16 years they have added a daughter, been active within the Maple Grove community as PTO members and school volunteers, coaches in sports and chess clubs, a number of community activities and homeowners.  Their children are now at Maple Grove Senior High and Weaver Lake elementary where they are active and keep busy in various sport and organizations wtihin the Maple Grove Community.     

    Statics/Data - David attended University of Minnesota, Duluth to obtain his Bachelors of Science in Math and Statistics.  He has used that education to publish www.MapleGroveRealEstateInfo.com in an attempt to share changing market conditions with the Maple Grove Community.  

    Realtor / Broker - David began working in the mortgage and Real Estate market in 1992 after moving from Minnesota to Southern California.  It was their that he started in the Investor Relations position with the mortgage division of First Team Real Estate.  With dropping interest rates, changes in both the local and national economy, and Orange county bankruptcies, it was a crash course on market effects on Real Estate.  By 1994 he and his wife were homeowners in Southern California, and by 1997 they were taking their mortgage and Real Estate experience to Maple Grove.  After helping hundreds of friends and family obtain loans and purchase homes, David went Real Estate exclusive in 2003.  He continues to use his 20+ years of market experience to analyse market data - helping buyers and sellers cut through the “sales pitch” and understand the current market conditions.
