The following is a synopsis of several incidents that occurred in Maple Grove between Oct. 30 and Nov. 7 as provided by the Maple Grove Police Department.

  • A counterfeit $20 bill was passed on the 8000 block of Jefferson Highway.
Nov. 1
  • Report of individual opening an account with fraudulent check on the 11900 block of Elm Creek Blvd.
Nov. 2
  • Responded to possible heart attack—officers provided oxygen to victim until transferred to hospital by paramedics on the 8600 block of Upland Lane.
  • Report of stolen credit card used to purchase merchandise on the 15300 block of Grove Circle.

Nov. 4

  • Report of obscenities spray painted on sidewalk at 82nd Ave and Ranier Lane.

  • Gas drive off on the 16300 block of 96th Ave.
  • Report of a pallet of shingles stolen overnight on the 10800 block of Maple Valley Drive.
  • Gas drive off on the 1200 block of 93rd Ave.

Nov. 6

  • Report of stolen merchandise and then returned for credit on the 8000 block of Wedgewood Lane.

There were 29 property damage and four personal injury traffic accidents reported during this time period.
