Three Rivers Figure Skating Club Presents Holiday Figure Skating Showcase

The Three Rivers Figure Skating Club celebrates the holidays with a special showcase of local figure skaters. Skaters of all ages, from elementary school beginners to high school competitors will perform in holiday themed solos, duets, and small group numbers, all chosen and choreographed by the students.

Skaters from Maple Grove, Brooklyn Park, Champlin and Anoka will participate.

This performance takes place at the Brooklyn Park Community Activity Center at 5600 85th Avenue, on Saturday, Dec. 14 at 2:15pm.  Admission to the show is free, but donations to Toys for Tots are encouraged.

These performers are part of the Three Rivers Figure Skating Club, which club provides figure skating practice ice (with on-ice and off-ice harness training systems) in pursuit of the sport of figure skating.  Skaters compete at all levels, from basic skills up to triple jumps. The club also hosts a February competition called Skate in the Park, offering an introduction to the sport for all levels from basic skills up to USFSA test levels.
