Thank you Brad for reporting how egregious and poor the supposed "care" is at this hospital. Our daughter is still in this facility simply because we know she needs care and are at a loss as to where to go to get care. I know I want her out of there and have voiced this over and over. This facility doesn't even follow thier OWN protocols, i.e., paperwork is lost, voicemails are never returned, there is no direction given, the doctor told my daughter to lie to me about the side effects of a new medication, on and on. No one will even acknowledge that past huge mistakes have been made on their part and simply tell me over and over "we are moving forward". In my heart I know my daughter needs to get away from this place; it is making her mood, suicide ideation, anxiety and family communication worse and worse by the day. At this point I am relying on my husband to be heard about our concerns, because they refuse to hear what my daughter and I am saying. Thank you for posting this review, it has validated all of my feelings. Tracy
