The physical store's opening is three months off, but its newly launched Facebook page is already drawing crowds.

Whole Foods Maple Grove may not have customers yet, but the store's new Facebook page gained nearly 500 Likes in its first day and a half. Construction Starts on Whole Foods Market Maple Grove Store

A completion date has been tentatively scheduled for the new natural and organic foods supermarket.

In preparation for building reconstruction, fencing has been placed around the former Ultimate Electronics site at The Shoppes at Arbor Lakes. In its place, Whole Foods Market is making progress toward moving in. With the recent announcement by Whole Foods Market that it would be occupying the former Ultimate Electronics site at The Shoppes at Arbor Lakes, the neighboring empty building might now be more enticing to other businesses. The building, located at 12209 Elm Creek Boulevard in Maple Grove, is the site of the former World Market retailer that closed in 2007. Whole Foods Market Confirms Maple Grove Store Opening

The natural and organic foods supermarket plans on opening the 34,000 square-foot store in 2013 in the former Ultimate Electronics location.

Whole Foods Market confirmed today in a press release that it is planning on opening a new store in Maple Grove. The 34,000 square-foot store will be located at 12201 Elm Creek Boulevard in Maple Grove, the site former Ultimate Electronics building. The business anticipating a mid-2013 opening in Maple Grove, according to Whole Foods Public Relations Manager Kate Klotz. “The Twin Cities continues to be an area of growth for us,” said Michael Bashaw, Midwest regional president in a press release. “We’re extremely excited to expand our offering of natural and organic products to an even greater customer base and to do so in a bustling area such as Maple Grove.” The lease on the Maple Grove location was finalized last week, according to The …
