Bollywood Bistro quietly opened its doors in January, offering a taste of Indian cuisine at its location at 8085 Wedgewood Lane North in Maple Grove. The menu has a variety of selections, from appetizers to entrées. According to the restaurant’s website, the menu reflects Indian Cinema, “which is an array of jovial songs, dance and drama, quite similar to Indian cuisine” and features dishes such as Malai Kabab, Jhinga Chatpati, Dum Biriyani and Aaloo Gobi. A restaurant representative says vegetarian and vegan dishes are also available. According to the menu, prices range from $1.50 for Indian breads such as naan, roti and puri to about $11 for an entree.
