Community members tested their power, strength, and endurance during the recent Alpha Showdown at several Life Time Fitness locations, including Maple Grove and Plymouth.
Power, strength and endurance were key components during Alpha Showdown at several Life Time Fitness locations Saturday, April 21. A male and female winner from each club location continues on to compete at regionals, with the winners advancing to the national competition. At the Maple Grove Life Time Fitness location, Lauren Williams (6:21) and Megan Colhour (6:40) each more onto the regional competition.
