You can have hand-sized tattoos on the exposed part of your arms while in uniform. Air Force regs simply state you cannot have excessive tattoos that cover more than 25% of any body part. Hardly severe restrictions.
You two should go together and get matching tats on your foreheads that say MT (for Military Time, or something like that).
