This place has by far the WORST customer service of any place I have ever been to and they have been open exactly one month. They enter your information into their sytem. Your password is the last 4 digits of yor phone #. My number did not work. I was busy at work and waited until the next day to call to make my purchase. They would no longer honor what they offered even though they admitted it was their typing error!

This place has horrible customer service. The managers and employees are SO FAKE its unbearable. The ORANGE effect is supposed to be about your heart rate monitor, monitoring your heart rate, yet their heart rate monitors barley work and then they get mad at you if you leave class to get a new one that works. I wouldnt waste my money here! The work out is good but HORRIBLE customer service!
