Power, strength and endurance were key components during Alpha Showdown at several Life Time Fitness locations Saturday, April 21.

A male and female winner from each club location continues on to compete at regionals, with the winners advancing to the national competition. 

At the location, Lauren Williams (6:21) and Megan Colhour (6:40) each more onto the regional competition.
