Rush Creek Elementary Student Finishes School Career with Perfect Attendance
Gavin Pelto attended every day of school from kindergarten through sixth grade in Maple Grove.
The last day of school on June 6, 2013 marked a perfect attendance streak by Rush Creek Elementary sixth grader Gavin Pelto. Throughout his elementary career, kindergarten through sixth grade, Gavin did not miss one day of school.
Gavin was recognized with a certificate and medal. He gathered with previous teachers Margot Andress, Deb Shaffer, Julie Williams, Grant Felton, Patty Tannuzzo, Brent Esselman, Jenna Diem and Principal Don Johnson to celebrate the milestone.
