Photos: Osseo Boys Hockey Team Loses to Minnetonka

The Orioles fell 5-1 against the Skippers Nov. 29.

In their first regular 2012-2013 season game, the Osseo Orioles boys varsity hockey team came up short against the Minnetonka Skippers.

Osseo Senior High School lost 5-1 to Minnetonka High School in the Nov. 29 meet up at Minnetonka High School, according mnhockeyhub.com.  The Orioles #16 Rudy Alexander with the assist from #22 Drew Lofgren scored the lone goal for Osseo in the third period. Scoring for Minnetonka was #9 Max Coatta and #10 Charlie Huminski in the first period. A second period goal came from #40 Tommy Brandabur followed by third period goals by #10 Charlie Huminski and #18 AJ Klein.

Osseo will face Buffalo in their first season home game 7 p.m. Dec. 4, according to the Minnesota High School League website.
