Maple Grove celebrated Arbor Day with its annual festival May 19.

National Arbor Day is celebrated each year on the last Friday of April. Minnesota also celebrates Arbor Day on the last Friday in April, while individual cities celebrate on a day of their choosing.

This year, the city of Maple Grove recognized Arbor Day with a festival May 19 at the .
