Filing Opens for Two Maple Grove City Council Seats
Candidate filing opens July 31, 2012 and closes Aug. 14, 2012 at 5 p.m.
There will be two open Maple Grove City Council seats on the Nov. 6, 2012 ballot.
The filing period for these seats will run from Tuesday, July 31 through 5 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 14, 2012.
To be eligible to file for office, according to the Maple Grove city website, the candidate must:

- Be an eligible voter
- Is, or will be on assuming office, 21 years of age or more
- Maintained residence in the district wherein he or she resides thirty days previous to the election
