The following is a synopsis of several incidents that occurred in Maple Grove between Sept. 13 and Sept. 19 as provided by the Maple Grove Police Department.

Thefts

Sept. 20

  • Someone stole two luggage carts from a hotel on the 11800 block of Fountains Way.
  • A person was caught stealing jeans from a store on the 12400 block of Elm Creek Boulevard. When confronted, the suspect dropped the jeans in the store and fled.

  • Someone stole merchandise from a store on the 12200 block of Elm Creek Boulevard.

Sept. 22

  • Several bottles of liquor were stolen from a store on the 12200 block of Elm Creek Boulevard.

Sept. 23

  • Someone stole a coin collection from a home on the 9600 block of 98th Place.

Sept. 25

  • A driver left a gas station without paying for gas on the 13300 block of Bass Lake Road.

Burglary

Sept. 21

  • Someone stole two bicycles from a garage on the 9900 block of 96th Place.

Sept. 23

  • Jewelry and a briefcase were stole from a home on the 7600 block of Mariner Drive.

Property Damage

Sept. 24

  • Several landscape blocks were missing and a landscape block cap was broken in the back of a business on the 6900 block of East Fish Lake Road.
  • Someone took screws out of a fence on the 16700 block of 91st Avenue and used the playground at night.

Vehicle Tampering

Sept. 24

  • Someone entered a vehicle and rummaged through it, but nothing was missing.

Vadalism

Sept. 25

  • While on a routine patrol, officers discovered someone had toilet papered two homes.
