Robbery at Gunpoint Reported: Maple Grove Police Blotter
Police responded to several incidents, including a report of a robbery at gunpoint, thefts and medical assist calls. These, and other incidents, were on the recent Maple Grove Police blotter.

May 25

- Theft on the 12900 block of 93rd Place. Report of jewelry stolen from residence.
- Medical on the 12900 block of Weaver Lake Road. Responded to victim of possible stroke, officers administered oxygen until transported to hospital by paramedics.
- Medical on the 10000 block of Pilgrim Way. Responded to individual with chest pain, officers administered oxygen until transported to hospital by paramedics.
May 26
- Theft from auto on the 9500 block of Blackoaks Lane. Report of GPS unit and cell phone stolen from vehicle parked at McDonald’s.

- Robbery near Willow Road and Carey Lane. Report of wallet stolen at gunpoint. According to police, it is not known if the gun was real or a replica. No arrests have been made and the case remains open and active with the Maple Grove Police Department.
- Theft from auto on the 18500 block of 85th Avenue. Report of two knives and two pairs of sunglasses stolen from unlocked vehicle.
- Theft on the 11900 block of 73rd Avenue. Report of vehicle leaving station without paying for gas.

- Theft from auto on the 6200 block of Nathan Lane. Report of purse stolen from unlocked vehicle, purse was subsequently recovered with all contents.
- Theft from auto on the 8800 block of Comstock Lane. Report of subwoofer and iPod stolen from vehicle.
May 29
- Theft on the 11200 block of 93rd Avenue. Juvenile suspect arrested for shoplifting cigarettes at Holiday station.
- Theft on the 8100 block of Wedgewood Lane. Suspect arrested for shoplifting at Cub Foods.
- Theft from auto on the 6200 block of Magda Drive. Report of a pair of Oakley sunglasses and a medical pager stolen from unlocked vehicle overnight.
- Medical on the 15200 block of 92nd Place. Responded to individual who had pressure in chest and shortness of breath, officers administered oxygen until transported to hospital by paramedics.
- Theft from auto on the 6200 block of Magda Drive. Report of garage door opener stolen from unlocked vehicle overnight.
May 30
- Theft on the 16300 block of 96th Avenue. Report of vehicle leaving station without paying for gas.
- Medical on the 7000 block of Union Terrace Lane. Responded to individual possibly suffering a stroke, officers administered oxygen until transported to hospital by paramedics.
- Motor vehicle tampering on the 12100 block of 87th Place. Report of vehicle entered and rummaged through but nothing taken.
May 31
- Medical on the 8800 block of Zachary Lane. Responded to individual with chest pain and difficulty breathing—officers administered oxygen until paramedics arrived on scene.
There were 18 property damage traffic accidents reported during this time period.
