Multiple Thefts, Egging and Motor Vehicle Tampering: Maple Grove Police Blotter

The following is a synopsis of several incidents that occurred in Maple Grove during the week of Nov. 21-29, 2012, 2012, as provided by the Maple Grove Police Department.

Theft

• 12900 block of Elm Creek Boulevard. Theft report of merchandise stolen from Best Buy, suspect fled in a vehicle Nov. 21. Incident remains under investigation.

• 12900 block of Weaver Lake Drive. Theft report of property stolen from locker room Nov. 21.

• 9400 block of Dunkirk Lane. Theft report of property stolen from shopping cart Nov. 23.

• 16300 block of 96th Avenue. Theft report of vehicle leaving gas station without paying for gas Nov. 23.

• 9800 block of Kirkwood Lane. Theft report of property stolen from residence Nov. 23.

• 12400 block of Elm Creek Boulevard. Theft report of merchandise stolen from the Buckle suspect fled in vehicle Nov. 27. Incident remains under investigation.

• 12900 block of Elm Creek Boulevard. Theft report of merchandise stolen from Best Buy, suspect fled in a vehicle Nov. 28. Incident remains under investigation.

• 16500 block of Lake Ridge Drive. Theft report of property stolen from vehicle Nov. 24.

Fire

• 10100 block of 104th Avenue, report of tree on fire in park Nov. 23.

Attempted Theft

• 15300 block of Grove Circle. Theft report of individuals attempting to steal merchandise from store Nov. 23.

Motor Vehicle Tampering

• 16200 block of 84th Place, report of someone entering vehicle, no loss Nov. 25.

Medical

• 12900 block of 84th Avenue. Medical call for an individual with irregular heartbeat—officers administered oxygen until transported to hospital by paramedics Nov. 21.

• 12800 block of Maple Knoll Way. Medical call for an incoherent individual, officers administered oxygen until transported to hospital by paramedics Nov. 24.

There were 29 property damage and five personal injury traffic accidents reported during this time period.
