Merchandise Stolen, Counterfeit Cash: Maple Grove Police Blotter

Officers performed CPR on a victim that collapsed.

  • 12200 block of Elm Creek Boulevard. Theft report of three individuals fleeing store with armloads of merchandise May 31.
  • 11200 block of 93rd Avenue. Theft report of vehicle leaving gas station without paying for gas June 2.
  • 10100 block of Fernbrook Lane. Theft report of spool of copper cable stolen from substation June 3.
  • 7700 block of Main Street. Theft report of property stolen while in store June 5.
  • 7700 block of Elm Creek Boulevard. Theft report of wallet stolen June 7.

Damage to Property

  • 10800 block of 95th Avenue. Report of lawn ornament broken in the street May 31.
  • 7800 block of Ithaca Lane. Report of window broken out of vehicle June 5.

  • 13400 block of Grove Drive. Report of purchase made with counterfeit bill June 5.
Theft from Auto
  • 13600 block of 66th Place. Theft report of license plate stolen from vehicle May 31.
  • 12600 block of Bass Lake Road. Theft report of wallet stolen from vehicle June 4.
  • 14700 block of 80th Avenue. Theft report of landscape rock thrown through window of vehicle and a carton of cigarettes stolen June 5.
  • 9500 block of Zachary Lane. Theft report property stolen from vehicle June 4. 

Theft by Swindle

  • 6200 block of Eagle Lake Drive. Report of illegal solicitation of money June 3.

Medical

  • 11700 block of 97th Place. Responded to individual with chest pain. Officers administered oxygen until transported to hospital by paramedics June 4.
  • 9300 block of Valley Forge Lane. Responded to individual experiencing tightness in chest and collapsed. Officers performed CPR until paramedics arrived and victim was transported to hospital June 4.

Motor Vehicle Tampering

  • 7800 block of Kingsview Lane. Report of vehicle entered overnight and contents thrown about, no loss.

There were 22 property damage and two personal injury traffic accidents reported during this time period.
