KARE: More Vandalism at Pilgrims United Church of Christ

Maple Grove police are investigating and want help from the public in finding whoever is behind the incidents.

A Maple Grove church suffered attacks by vandals for the second time in June, according to KARE-11

Members of Pilgrims United Church of Christ arrived for services Sunday morning to find the building egged, handcuffs on locked on the front door and graffiti scribbled on the building.

Written on one wall was the message "Gay Pride? NO! Shameful Sodomites!" The message was followed by a reference to Jude 7.

Similar vandalism occurred at the church on Sunday, June 2, 2013. Hostility to the church's position on same-sex marriage appears to be behind both incidents, KARE reported.
