Judge: Accent Signage Lawsuit Can't Target Shooter's Estate

According to Fox 9, the family of Accent Signage victim Jacob "Jake" Beneke can procede with their lawsuit against the company, but won't be able to target the estate of the gunman, Andrew Engeldinger.
The family's lawsuit alleged the Sept. 27, 2012 shooting could have been prevented if the company acted on what the lawsuit alleges was plain evidence that Engeldinger was a danger to his coworkers.

In particular, the suit says Engeldinger should not have been given warning that he was being fired and been allowed to retrieve a gun from his car. The suit is seeking more than $50,000 in damages.
