Forgery, Alcohol Incidents: Maple Grove Arrest Report
The following arrest information was supplied by the Maple Grove Police Department in an adult arrest report for May 27 through June 2, 2012. It does not indicate charges or a conviction.
May 27
- A 41-year-old Buffalo man was arrested about 2:45 a.m. on Interstate 94 and Weaver Lake Road for DUI, DWI and exceeding the speed limit.
May 28
- A 27-year-old Maple Grove man was arrested about 1:35 a.m. near Hemlock Lane North and 73rd Avenue North for DUI, DWI and drivers license violation.
- A 19-year-old Plymouth man and 18-year-old Maple Grove man were arrested about 1 a.m. for assault on the 7400 block of Vinewood Way North.
- A 27-year-old Minneapolis woman was arrested about 11 p.m. on Interstate 94 and Fish Lake Road for providing a false man to a police officer, driving after suspension and display of another driver’s license.

- A 29-year-old Eden Prairie man was arrested about 2 a.m. on Hemlock Lane and 73rd Avenue North for DUI, DWI.
- A 23-year-old Maple Grove woman was arrested about 1:30 p.m. on the 8100 block of Wedgewood Lane North for shoplifting and providing a false name to a police officer.
May 30
- A 41-year-old Champlin man was arrested about 12:15 a.m. near Highway 610 and Zachary Lane for DWI, traffic violation and cracked windshield.
- A 32-year-old Monticello man was arrested about 12:15 a.m. near Elm Creek Boulevard North and Vinewood Lane for DWI.

- A 22-year-old Maple Grove man was arrested about 5 p.m. on the 13500 block of Forestview Lane North for furnishing alcohol to under age.
- A 21-year-old Maple Grove woman was arrested about 5 p.m. on the 13700 block of Grove Drive for furnishing alcohol to under age.
- A 22-year-old Crystal man was arrested about 7 p.m. on the 7800 block of Troy Lane North for furnishing alcohol to under age.
- A 42-year-old Maple Grove woman was arrested about 8:30 p.m. on the 16400 block of 96th Avenue North for furnishing alcohol to under age.
- A 23-year-old Champlin woman was arrested about 11:30 p.m. near Zachary Lane North and 104th Avenue North for DUI, DWI, careless driving and failure to obey traffic control device.
June 1
- A 21-year-old Brooklyn Park woman was arrested about noon on the 9400 block of Dunkirk Lane North for forgery.
- A 18-year-old woman was arrested about 2:30 p.m. on the 12700 block of Elm Creek Boulevard for shoplifting.
June 2
- A 46-year-old woman was arrested about 9 p.m. near Weaver Lake Road North and Forestview Lane for DWI and careless driving.
