Police say they found crack cocaine in Marshall Borom's car when they stopped him because of a broken taillight.

A Minnetonka man was killed Tuesday night when his car was struck by a Minnetonka Police squad car, on an emergency call with lights and sirens activated. Sean Kian, 52, died at the scene of the crash.
