UPDATE: Brooklyn Park Police Involved in Shooting
After officers arrived on the scene shots were fired; one person was injured and was transported to the hospital.
The Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office are investigating an officer-involved shooting which happened Saturday, Jan. 25, in a Brooklyn Park parking lot.
Just after 11 p.m. officers with the Brooklyn Park Police Department were dispatched to a large fight outside of Sisaket Oriental Market and Carousel Bingo (7324 Lakeland Ave North).
After officers arrived on the scene shots were fired; one person was injured and was transported to the hospital.

Shoua Yang, 22, has been arrested for probable cause felony assault. His last known residence is Minneapolis. Yang sustained injuries and continues to receive treatment at a local hospital.
