Sarah Johansen for Wayzata School Board

Good morning neighbors,

I am writing today to encourage you to vote for Sarah Johansen in the Wayzata School Board election this Tuesday. Sarah and her husband have three young children in the District, therefore she will serve and influence the Board from the mindset of a parent and with the long-term success of the District in mind.

I first met Sarah while serving on the Parent Advisory Board at the Wayzata Family Learning Center, which she has chaired and served through a variety of committees over the years. Her thoughtful and articulate contributions to our group always impressed me. As I have gotten to know Sarah over time, I am wowed by her knowledge of the district and her variety of involvement, through committee membership and volunteerism. Any parent who can raise three young children and dedicate time to thoughtfully serving their school/community has my respect and my vote!

I trust that Sarah will serve our children and school district by educating herself on the issues at hand, she will listen to her constituents and their concerns, and she will do her best to find compromise. And, when the tough decisions have to be made she will have the knowledge, passion, and commitment to make them. 

Every vote will count tomorrow and I encourage you to cast your vote for Sarah Johansen. She is excited and ready to serve us, our children and our community.
