FAM JAM New Year's Celebration

Event description: FAM JAM is a shared experience where kids can invite their parents, friends and neighbors to enjoy dinner and high energy entertainment. To celebrate the start of a new year, FAM JAM is proud to feature Tim Hannig and the Pro Kids Show. Tim Hannig described his show as a bit magic, music, skits, acting and ventriloquism. More than just entertainment, the Pro Kids Show incorporates messages about respect, responsibility, kindness, courage and other character messages.

Price: The show is free for everyone and the dinner is free for first time guests.


Maple Grove Polar Bear Plunge

Venue name: Fish Lake Regional Park
Venue address: 14900 Bass Lake Road in Maple Grove
Date and time: Saturday, Feb. 1 at 1 p.m.

Event description: Are you brave enough to jump into a lake...in Minnesota...in February? The event, presented by Minnesota law enforcement to benefit Special Olympics Minnesota, raises for more than 7,100 Special Olympics Minnesota athletes, as they train, compete and transform themselves, their communities and the world.
