The most important use of essential oils is stress
reduction. Reduced stress creates less tension in muscles, improves digestion
and sleep, and improving our ability to be emotionally balanced.
After this course you will understand the effects of stress on the body, learn
detailed assessment skills to determine which oils and methods of applications
to use for stress and pain reduction. Course is taught from a unique holistic
approach that integrates the best of east and west approach to essential oil uses
and techniques. Information is applied to health care environments or
home use.
Course is perfect for nurses, massage and shiatsu therapists, mental health
care providers, acupuncturists, hospice and palliative care, moms and
dads, for anyone who wants clear,
detailed information and techniques.
