Housing Developments to Bring More Than 500 New Homes to Maple Grove
Take a look at the most recent housing and apartment developments that are moving forward in Maple Grove.
Eight new housing developments are currently underway in Maple Grove. Each of the developers were granted approval from the city council in 2012, with the exception of the Donegal 2nd Addition, which was approved this year.

Donegal

- Plan: Set up area for 42 single family homes
- Location: Weaver Lake Rd/Balsam Lane

Cedarcrest of Maple Grove

Four Seasons at Rush Creek 2nd Addition
- Plan: Set up area for 41 single family homes
- Location: Cty Rd 101/74th Ave
Groveland Terrace Townhomes
- Plan: Construct storage garage for maintenance
- Location: 6876 Vicksburg Lane
Hemlock Apartments
- Plan: Develop two 50-unit apartment buildings
- Location: Hemlock Ln/80th Ave
HighGrove 3rd Addition
- Plan: Set up area for 203 single family homes
