Housing Developments to Bring More Than 500 New Homes to Maple Grove

Take a look at the most recent housing and apartment developments that are moving forward in Maple Grove.

Eight new housing developments are currently underway in Maple Grove. Each of the developers were granted approval from the city council in 2012, with the exception of the Donegal 2nd Addition, which was approved this year.

The following is a list of housing developments at various stages of consturction throughout the city.

Donegal

  • Plan: Set up area for 139 single family homes and 230 apartment units
  • Location: Weaver Lake Rd and Hemlock Lane

Donegal 2nd Addition

  • Plan: Set up area for 42 single family homes
  • Location: Weaver Lake Rd/Balsam Lane

Maple Brook

  • Plan: Set up area for 56 single family homes
  • Location: Bass Lake Rd/72nd Avenue

Cedarcrest of Maple Grove

  • Plan: set up area for 62 single family homes
  • Location: Bass Lake Road/Lawndale Lane

Four Seasons at Rush Creek 2nd Addition

  • Plan: Set up area for 41 single family homes
  • Location: Cty Rd 101/74th Ave

Groveland Terrace Townhomes

  • Plan: Construct storage garage for maintenance
  • Location: 6876 Vicksburg Lane

Hemlock Apartments

  • Plan: Develop two 50-unit apartment buildings
  • Location: Hemlock Ln/80th Ave

HighGrove 3rd Addition

  • Plan: Set up area for 203 single family homes
  • Location: Weaver Lake Rd and Jonquil Lane

This is awesome for Maple Grove. As a leading Realtor in the area, we are short of inventory - especially new construction. These homes are served by VERY popular school districts of Osseo Area Schools and Wayzata Schools, and will be in high demand. Many of these developments have already been selling at rapid fire pace.
