Save $ on your spring graduation party decorations! I have it ready for your party. This is what is included:
1 Door sign "Congrats Grad" balloons, grad hats
1 10 foot long "CONGRATS GRAD" hinged banner (each letter measures 1ft x 8in)
3 unopened orange small napkins
1 unopened small "congrats" napkins
