The Dallas-based fast-casual franchise has two other locations in Minnesota, in Minneapolis and St. Paul.
Rusty Taco serves tacos of all styles, from fish, beef fajita and brisket tacos to a Rajas Taco vegetarian option. For breakfast, they serve tacos with eggs, cheese, bacon, chorizo, potatoes and jalapeno sausage. All tacos are served in warm corn tortillas, with flour tortillas available upon request. The business also caters events.
Hours: Sunday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Friday and Saturday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
