The Headwaters 5k is a run and walk even to support children and families in need when natural disaster strikes. Funds raised will help feed children at an orphanage in Haiti, provide mental health services to survivors of Hurrican Katrina in New Orleans and bring volunteers to areas in the Midwest that are at risk of flooding, tornadoes and other natural disasters
