You won't have to wait much longer. Rusty Taco staff is planning an early January opening of the Maple Grove store that will be located at I-494 and Bass Lake Road.
Rusty Taco, a Dallas-based fast-casual franchise, has two current locations in Minnesota, in Minneapolis and St. Paul.
Rusty Taco serves tacos of all styles, from fish, beef fajita and brisket tacos to a Rajas Taco vegetarian option. For breakfast, they serve tacos with eggs, cheese, bacon, chorizo, potatoes and jalapeno sausage. All tacos are served in warm corn tortillas, with flour tortillas available upon request. The business also caters events.
Pamela Ringgenberg, general manager of the Rusty Taco, is searching for staff for the Maple Grove location. Positions include: store manager (experience required), crew leads, cashiers (must be 18), prep cooks and line cooks.
