What’s Open, Closed Martin Luther King, Jr. Day in Maple Grove
Monday, Jan. 16, 2012 is a federal holiday to recognize Martin Luther King, Jr.
- The is closed Monday, Jan. 16. The special City Council meeting scheduled for Tuesday, Jan. 17 has been canceled, but the regular meeting is still scheduled for 7:30 p.m. Jan. 17.
- The United States Post Office will be closed Monday, Jan. 16.
- Hennepin County libraries, including the location, will be closed on Monday, Jan. 16, in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.
- The Hennepin County Service Center in Maple Grove is closed Jan. 16. Hennepin County Government offices will be closed.
- All buildings in the will be closed, no school for students on Jan. 16. is also closed.
- The walking track at the Maple Grove Sports Dome will not have dome walking or jogging available Jan. 16.
- Most Maple Grove grocery stores will remain open.
