The Eastman Book Club will begin 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 12 at Eastman Nature Center, in Elm Creek Park Reserve, Dayton, for the Eastman Book Club.
The club will meet in Eastman Nature Center’s library to discuss the book club’s monthly book. The book club will read one book a month and meet to discuss on the second Thursday of the month. Topics will include natural history, historical events, and environmental issues.
This month’s book is “Our Neck of the Woods,” edited by Daniel Philippon. All books chosen will be available at local libraries. Snacks will be provided; bring your own beer or wine.
