Photos: 2013 Deep Freeze Dunk in Maple Grove Raises Funds for Haiti

The event was sponsored by Rotary Club of Maple Grove, the Rotary Partnership for Haiti and Minnetonka-based Haiti Outreach.

Members of the Rotary Club of Maple Grove, the Rotary Partnership for Haiti and Minnetonka-based Haiti Outreach sponsored - and jumped - for Haiti during the Deep Freeze Dunk Jan. 12 at Fish Lake Park in Maple Grove.

Although there were only 20 jumpers, the event raised $18,000 for sustainable projects in Haiti, which organizers said was considered a "huge success." Those projects include clean water wells, schools and other projects.
