The following is the No. 16 post of 2012: One Woman Dead in Multiple Car Accident in Maple Grove Wednesday

Update Dec. 17, 2012 - The multi-vehicle accident the evening of Halloween 2012 near County Road 101 and Bass Lake Road claimed the life of Tyan Necole Taylor, 32, of Brooklyn Park.

Readers took to Patch to remember Taylor, writing comments such as:

As of Dec. 15, 2012, the cause of the accident remains open/under investigation by the Maple Grove Police Department.
