Celebrating St. Patrick's Day at Fish Lake Park

Close to 80 kids and family members gathered at Fish Lake Regional Park for a morning fit for a leprechaun.

Green animals, green snacks and green arts and crafts kept children busy at a St. Patrick's Day event sponsored by the Three Rivers Park District. After watching a puppet show where children learned that about the colors of the rainbow, attendees created Irish-themed crafts and went on a hike to find a pot of gold.
