Aromatherapy Beginner Prep Class - January 20th & 27th, 2014

Beginner Prep class is a short version of the Foundations Certificate Course. Prep class covers most of the topics, but not as in depth as the full Foundations Weekend Course.
This class works best for those who wish to use oils personally and with family only. Consider the Level One Foundations Course if you are using oils professionally.

Learn  the basic aromatherapy skills required to learn how to benefit from esssential oil therapies. Gain the skills you need to take applications workshops!  We cover how essential oils work in the body, safety guidelines,  the quality of oils,  what supplies you need on hand. Know how to effectively choose and apply essential oils for your self, family. Learn how to prepare sprays, inhalers, massage oils, and use diffusers. If you are a therapist using essential oils on clients,  or need CEU's I would suggest the Foundations Certificate Course, offered 1-2 times per year at the Studio, or Normandale Community College.  Class is open to all who want to begin their education in Aromatherapy.
