Parkway Station Re-Opens Dec. 11 in Maple Grove
The station will be fully open for use and buses will stop at the normal location in front of the station. The temporary park-and-ride will be eliminated.
Route 785 commuters will be able to return to the Parkway Station facility on Wednesday Dec. 11, starting with the morning inbound trips.
The facility at 9870 Maple Grove Pkwy. in Maple Grove will re-open with about 400 surface parking stalls available for use. Work will continue on the ramp structure for about another month. About 20 to 30 surface stalls each day will be coned off as work continues on various areas of the facility. Ramp Level Two stalls will not available for use until mid-January 2014. This section will be gated, so do not enter this work zone. The station will be fully open for use and buses will stop at the normal location in front of the station.
The temporary park-and-ride lot at Slumberland will be last served with the Route 785 evening trips on Tuesday, Dec. 10 and this bus stop location will be eliminated.
