Elm Creek in Maple Grove has some of the best biking trails in the Twin Cities. As an avid biker, this winter, I decided to take up winter biking. And, if you can get past the name, "fat biking" is slowly becoming a popular Minnesota sport.

This Saturday, the Three Rivers Park District will host the Frozen Forty, a 40-mile bike ride through Elm Creek's snow-packed trails.
