In their first year at the Maple Grove Farmers Market, Red Rover Brick Oven Pizza is tossing in a different product for patrons.

Onsite during the market season, the pizza place offers fresh, brick oven made to order pizza in the Red Rover Brick Oven Pizza mobile brick oven.

Heating up to 750 degrees, specialty pizzas include barbecue chicken (barbecue sauce, barbecue chicken, red onions, shredded mozzarella) and Margie (red sauce, fresh mozzarella, fresh basil, olive oil, dash of sea salt). Specialty pizzas range from $8 to $10 in price.

“Our pizzas are made using fresh dough and a wood fired brick oven (bakes in 90 seconds). We use better quality ingredients to give the best flavor and taste,” owner Terry Savoie wrote in an email to Patch. 

The Maple Grove Farmers Market is open 3-7 p.m. Thursdays June through September and 3-6 p.m. in October in the Maple Grove Community Center parking lot.
