The votes have been tallied, and Maple Grove Patch readers have selected Maple Tavern as the place they like to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day in Maple Grove.

In our “Readers’ Choice” content, 292 votes were cast for Maple Grove places to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day.

Maple Tavern came away with 182 votes, or 62 percent of the votes. Readers praised Maple Tavern as "best food, best happy hour and best entertainment" and the "only place to be, St. Patty's Day or anyday!"

The Lookout Bar and Grill came in second - receiving 65 votes, or 22 percent of the total. Readers said it has the "best party in town"

Claddagh Irish Pub came in third – receiving 45 votes, or 15 percent of the total. "What better place to spend St. Patty's day than an Irish Pub," a reader said.

All three Maple Grove businesses have special events going on March 17 in honor of the Irish holiday. Happy St. Patrick’s Day!
