New Business Sets Sights on Former Snyder Drug Store
Construction has started at the vacant storefront at Bass Lake Center in Maple Grove.

CorePower Yoga will reportedly be filling in a portion of the formers Snyder Drug storefront at Bass Lake Center, located at Bass Lake Road and Sycamore Lane in Maple Grove.
Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq announced on its website Aug. 15 that CoreYoga signed a lease for that the new yoga facility. CorePower Yoga commented on the new location as well on a Aug. 15 Twitter post, stating the Maple Grove location is scheduled to open the first quarter of 2013.
“CorePower Yoga offers a truly unique yoga practice that’s accessible more than traditional. Set to energizing music, CorePower Yoga strengthens, balances, detoxifies and exhilarates the body and mind. CorePower Yoga classes will have you moving, breathing and sweating,” according to the post on the Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq.
CorePower Yoga has 10 other locations in Minnesota, including locations in Minnetonka and Edina. It will be the second yoga studio to open within a year in Maple Grove. The Heat Yoga Studio opened in April 2012 along Hemlock Lane.

I was just thinking that it was a grocery store in that spot when I first moved here in '94. :) I hadn't realized there already was a yoga studio in Maple Grove.
