Rebecca McDermeit, of Maple Grove, Minn., has been named to the dean's list for the spring 2012 semester at Concordia University, St. Paul. McDermeit is a sophomore majoring in history. Students with a grade point average of 3.5 or higher are recognized for   academic performance by being named to the dean's list.
